Our community hall is a wonderful, intimate venue for your celebration. We've helped local families celebrate everything from anniversaries, birthdays and holiday parties to wedding receptions and Celebrations of Life.

The Main Hall

A fantastic option for medium to large events. A large, open space with plenty of tables and seating, a stage area, and an adjacent full kitchen (for warming) with a serving and bar window.

The fine print

  1. Hall capacity is 185 people.
  2. The kitchen is available for warming and serving only. It is not a commercial kitchen.
  3. Clean-up after your event is handled by you, according to the terms in the rental agreement.
  4. Paid clean-up is available on request for an additional $100, payable separately from the rental cost.
  5. Anyone wishing to serve alcohol must obtain a temporary liquor licence and present it before the event takes place.

Before you book

Do you plan to serve alcohol at your event?

You will need a Special Event Licence from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) to sell or serve liquor at a private event. Approval usually takes one to two weeks, so please apply early. We will ask to see your licence before your event takes place.

How do I book the hall?
Contact the office with your date and plans. We'll confirm availability and walk you through the rental agreement.
How many people does it hold?
The Main Hall seats up to 185 people, with a stage area, tables and chairs included in your rental.
Can I bring my own food and caterer?
Yes. You're welcome to self-cater or bring a caterer. The kitchen is for warming and serving only, not commercial cooking, and includes a large commercial fridge for storage.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
We accept cash or cheque only, and all prices include GST. Evening bookings include a $400 damage deposit.
Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, with a Special Event Licence from the AGLC, which you'll need to show us before your event. The section 'Do you plan to serve alcohol at your event?' above has the two AGLC links.
