The Whitehorn Community Association (“WCA”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.
What we collect
When you contact us or sign up for a program or membership, we may collect your name, email address and phone number. We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our programs.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to inquiries, complete registrations and memberships, and keep you informed about the activities you ask about.
How we protect it
We never sell, rent, lease or trade your personal information with outside parties. Access is limited to the volunteers who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You can decline to provide personal information, though this may limit access to some services. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email communications@whitehorncommunity.com.
