This page explains what Whitehorn Community Association collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what the site actually needs. If you fill in a form, we receive what you typed into it. If the site shows visitor numbers, those are counted without cookies and without building a profile of you. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, and we do not use what you send us to train artificial intelligence.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to keep the site working. Nothing else. If you contact us and we reply, that exchange is kept for as long as it is useful to you and to us, and no longer.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not need a reason and it costs nothing.

Who else can see it

The site runs on services we pay for, under agreements that hold them to the same standard. They process information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

How this is governed

Aligned with PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA.
